Refund policy

  • 1. Service Packages

    • All service packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

    • Packages expire as per the validity stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless officially revised in writing by the clinic.

    • Once a package has been partially used, no refunds or changes will be processed, regardless of reasons or results.


    2. In-Clinic Services

    • Services once rendered—fully or partially—are non-refundable.

    • Results vary person to person. Dissatisfaction with outcome, lack of visible results, or comparison to expectations do not qualify for refunds or service repetition.

    • Any concern about service delivery must be reported on the same day or within 24 hours to be considered for internal review.


    3. Products Used During Services

    • Products (e.g., serums, fillers, peels, injectables) applied or used during treatment sessions are considered consumed inventory.

    • These are not refundable or replaceable, even if the patient experiences minor sensitivity or perceived ineffectiveness.

    • Adverse reactions must be evaluated by our clinical team for any further action.


    4. Product Purchases (Retail or Shipped)

    a. Opened Products

    • Due to hygiene and safety compliance, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange under any condition.

    b. Unopened Products

    • Unopened, sealed, and undamaged products may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

    • Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

    c. Product Availability & Online/Credit Card Payments

    • Confirm product availability before making a credit card or online payment.

    • If payment is made and the product is unavailable, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee upon refund.

    • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


    5. Third-Party Interference

    • Any grievance related to service must be resolved internally with the clinic via designated representatives.

    • If the patient chooses to involve a third party—including but not limited to social media, influencers, bloggers, patient recruitment services, or unrelated individuals—the contract and all related service claims will be immediately rendered void without refund.
