Discount Reversal Policy

Some products are eligible for a special in-clinic discount of 30–40% when purchased in person or picked up from the clinic.

1) In-clinic pickup (Full discount applies)

Customer pays the discounted price.

• 30% discount → PKR 7,000

• 40% discount → PKR 6,000

✅ Best price, pickup only

2) Home delivery (Advance payment)

In-clinic discount does not apply. Retail price applies. Delivery is free.

• Customer pays: PKR 10,000

• Delivery: Free

✅ Convenience at retail price

3) Home delivery (Cash on Delivery – COD)

In-clinic discount does not apply. Retail price applies + COD/handling charges up to PKR 1,500.

• Retail price: PKR 10,000

• COD/handling charges: Up to PKR 1,500

• Total payable: Up to PKR 11,500

We ship orders through PostEx and TCS for reliable and timely delivery.
